TERMS OF USE

THE APP

The App provides weather-related information and features that may include weather forecasts, radar maps, precipitation information, wind conditions, tropical cyclone information, air-quality information, severe-weather alerts, and other weather data.

Some features may require access to your device location or a paid subscription.

We may modify, add, remove, or discontinue features from time to time.

WEATHER AND SAFETY INFORMATION

Weather conditions can change rapidly. Forecasts, radar data, alerts, maps, and other information provided through the App may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate because of limitations or delays in data sources, communication networks, devices, or other systems.

The App is not an emergency service and should not be your sole source of information in situations involving personal safety, severe weather, evacuation, or other emergencies.

Always follow warnings and instructions issued by official government agencies, emergency services, and local authorities.

References to NOAA, the National Weather Service, or other government sources identify relevant weather information or data sources and do not by themselves imply government endorsement of the App.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

The App may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions. Available subscription periods, prices, features, free trials, and promotional offers are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by country or over time.

All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and charged to your Apple Account.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the terms displayed by Apple when you subscribe. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.

Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple and are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.

Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

LICENSE AND ACCEPTABLE USE

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for lawful personal use.

You may not copy, sell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the App except where permitted by law; interfere with or bypass security or technical protections; disrupt the App or our systems; attempt to access systems or data without authorization; or use the App in violation of applicable law.

THIRD-PARTY DATA AND SERVICES

The App relies on third-party weather-data providers, Apple services, analytics and attribution services, subscription-management services, hosting providers, and other technical services.

We do not control all third-party data or services and cannot guarantee their accuracy, completeness, availability, or uninterrupted operation.

Certain third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App, including its software, design, branding, graphics, and proprietary content, is owned by or licensed to Hurricane Apps and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Weather data, maps, trademarks, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate terms or licenses.

AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the App available and functioning but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the App where reasonably necessary for technical, legal, security, operational, or business reasons.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App and its information are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that forecasts, alerts, radar images, location information, or other weather data will always be accurate, complete, current, or available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hurricane Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the App or information provided through it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

TERMINATION

You may stop using the App at any time.

We may restrict access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the App, create security risks, or where required by law.

Stopping use of the App or deleting it does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under applicable local law remain unaffected.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms when the App, our services, or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through the App.
